Welcome to the Teams section of the LUCERNE REGATTA — your dedicated resource for all essential information related to team participation in the upcoming World Rowing Cup III in Lucerne (26–28 June 2026) on the legendary Rotsee.

The venue officially opens on Wednesday, June 24. As a new option, access for trailers and pre-event training will already be available on Tuesday, June 23, from 08:00 to 18:30.

Pre-event training on Tuesday is reserved for pre-registered teams only and is subject to an additional fee. For registration and further information, please contact us directly.

From Wednesday onwards, the official training sessions will take place as usual:

• Wednesday: Official Training | 08:00 – 18:00

• Thursday: Official Training | 08:00 – 18:00

We are pleased to announce that healthy and affordable meals (lunch and dinner) will again be available on-site at the regatta in Lucerne in 2026.

All details regarding the meal service and ticket pre-orders will be published closer to the event.

Lucerne Tourism is happy to assist with finding suitable accommodation and provides an overview of available hotels at daily updated rates. Overnight guests receive a visitor card, including free use of public transport within the city and various discounts on attractions in the Lucerne region. Early booking is strongly recommended!

LOW COST ACCOMMODATION

A limited number of rooms has been pre-reserved at the Lucerne Youth Hostel, located within walking distance of the Rotsee. Bookings must be made directly with the hostel. Various room types are available, with prices ranging from CHF 50 to CHF 70 per person per night. Please note that this is a youth hostel and most rooms do not have private bathrooms.

Should you require a visa to enter Switzerland, you will need an official invitation letter from the organizing committee. In order to issue an invitation letter for you or your rowing team, we need the following information from each person. Please send us this information by email well in advance to: info@lucerneregatta.com.
