Rotsee Experience
The Rotsee is more than just a lake – it’s a legend. With the Rotsee Experience, we are opening up the original World Cup rowing course exclusively for popular sports.
On Friday and Saturday evening (26th and 27th June 2026), after the venue closes, you can experience the Rotsee as only world-class athletes normally do – without any competitive pressure. Accompanied by former top athletes, professionally organized and rounded off with a joint dinner at the rowing center, the Rotsee Experience is an unforgettable experience for clubs, teams and amateur athletes.
Good to know
Members of a Swiss rowing club are eligible to participate. An athlete’s license is not required. Participants must be able to swim.
There are three boat classes available: C8+, C4+ and 8+. When registering, please indicate which boat class you would like to sail in. Please choose according to your skills and experience.

By registering for the Rotsee Experience, I confirm that I am taking part at my own risk. I am aware that rowing is a sporting activity with risks. I am responsible for ensuring that I have adequate insurance cover (in particular accident and liability insurance).
The organizer accepts no liability for personal injury, damage to property or financial losses, unless these are due to gross negligence or intent.
I acknowledge that the event may be postponed, interrupted, adjusted or canceled for safety reasons – especially in the event of unfavorable weather or severe weather conditions. In such cases, there is no entitlement to compensation or reimbursement of the entry fee.
